The first-of-its-kind, our Wedding Submission Course is designed to help you get published at your dream publications.

We’ve spent over 15 years landing client features at every major wedding publication you can imagine and in this once-a-year intensive, we will sit down with you over four weeks to teach you what you need to do to make your big publication goals happen.

In addition to the weekly live lessons, we’re thrilled to include:

  • Weekly office hours where you can bring your submission questions (and galleries!)
  • A collection of Q+A’s with top editors on how to pitch to them- including the Knot, Over the Moon, Bridal Guide and many more
  • A 25+ page Course workbook to include sample write ups, pitches + correspondence among other resources
  • *NEW for 2025* at the end of your four weeks, we’ll provide an extensive, up-to-date media list of 150+ publications currently accepting submissions

Dates

We’ll be meeting weekly for two hours, beginning April 15. While we are offering the sessions live, please note that they will then recorded and available to you in the portal. We’ll meet virtually:

  • Tuesday, April 15, 12-2pm ET//9am-11am PT
  • Tuesday, April 22, 12-2pm ET//9am-11am PT
  • Monday, April 28, 12-2pm ET//9am-11am PT
  • Tuesday, May 6, 12-2pm ET//9am-11am PT

In addition to the lessons, we’ll host weekly group office hours where we can meet you where you are at in the submission process.

Week 3: Prepping the Submission 

  • Curating compelling image galleries + crafting write-ups that will catch the eyes of the editors
  • Live walkthrough of wedding submissions, learning how to narrate a story through images
  • Navigating the roles of the wedding day team
  • Revisiting editorial preferences + its impact on strategy

Week 4: Execution and the Follow-Up

  • Learning the intricacies of managing submissions once the wedding is out
  • Best practices for working with editors and handling resubmissions
  • Leveraging accepted submissions for maximum brand exposure
